Our services may be billed on a monthly recurring basis through Stripe or another secure payment provider.
Once a monthly service payment is processed, it covers the work, planning, campaign management, communication, reporting, and service time for that billing period.
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, payments are non-refundable once the service has started.
This includes work such as strategy planning, campaign setup, ad account review, creative preparation, tracking setup, optimization, reporting, or communication related to your campaign.
You may cancel your monthly service subscription by contacting us before your next billing date.

Cancellation requests must be sent before the next billing cycle begins. Once a new billing cycle payment has been processed, that payment is not refundable.
Any advertising budget paid directly to platforms such as Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or other ad platforms is separate from Rankzaar’s service fee.
Rankzaar is not responsible for refunding ad spend paid to third-party advertising platforms.
Digital marketing results may vary based on factors such as ad budget, location, competition, offer, website quality, market demand, and campaign performance.
We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, revenue, or return on investment.
If you believe you were charged by mistake or have a billing issue, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the issue and respond with a fair resolution based on the situation.
